Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. Scope of Services and Users
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by World Wideconsulting SL (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to web hosting, server space, and related digital infrastructure. This Policy governs the conduct of all customers, end-users, and third parties (collectively, “Users”) who access or use our platform and services.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Users are permitted to use our services for lawful business and personal purposes. However, the following restricted or high-risk activities are strictly prohibited:
-
Illegal Acts: Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
-
High-Risk Activities: Using the services for automated fail-safe environments where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.
-
Prohibited Content: Hosting or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, or content that incites violence.
-
Network Interference: Conducting Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized probing of networks.
3. Compliance with Laws and Sanctions
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to government sanctions or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country. We reserve the right to immediately block access to services if a User is found to be in violation of international trade sanctions or export control laws.
4. Prevention of Misuse and Fraud
Our platform must not be used to facilitate fraud, phishing, or the distribution of malware and viruses. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials. Any attempt to circumvent security measures, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or harvest data without consent is a material breach of this Policy.
5. Third-Party and Sub-User Responsibility
If you provide hosting services to your own clients (sub-users) through our infrastructure, you are solely responsible for their conduct. You must ensure that all third parties using our services through your account adhere to terms no less restrictive than this Policy. Any violation by a sub-user will be treated as a violation by the primary Account Holder.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor content and traffic for violations of this Policy. To maintain the integrity of our network, we may take the following actions at our sole discretion:
-
Issue warnings regarding policy breaches.
-
Remove or disable access to prohibited content.
-
Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates this Policy or harms other users, us, or third parties.
